Cut chicken thighs into 2 inch pieces and place in a bowl.
Mix lemon juice and olive oil with dry spices. Pour half of the marinade over the chicken and reserve half for basting.
Coat the chicken and let sit for 10 minutes.
Thread chicken onto barbecue skewers with lemon wedges.
Preheat a grill or griddle on medium-high heat.
Sear the chicken skewers on all sides. Then turn down the heat to medium-low and finish. Baste with remaining marinade.
Serve as a delicious main dish or make smaller skewers to serve as appetizers.
