Remove bone-in chicken thighs from their package. Pat them dry. Then remove the excess skin with sharp kitchen shears.
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Place chicken thighs on a lined baking sheet and season on all sides with poultry seasoning.
Place in a preheated oven for 55 minutes. The end result will be chicken thighs with crispy skin and fall off the bone tender meat.
