Whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, and red wine vinegar until the sugar is dissolved.
The dressing has a sweet and tangy flavor.
Cut cleaned broccoli tops into small, bite sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
Add crispy bacon, raisins, onions, and sunflower seeds.
Add dressing and toss until all of the broccoli is coated.
Cover and let sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
