Start with a lean rack of baby back pork ribs, great seasoning, and some foil.

Prep Time: 10 Min

– 1 Rack Baby Back Pork Ribs – ½ Cup Barbecue Sauce – 1 Tablespoon Granulated Garlic – 1 Tablespoon Granulated Onion – 1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder – 1 Teaspoon Paprika – ½ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper – ½ Teaspoon Cumin – 2 Teaspoon Salt – 1 Teaspoon Pepper

Cook Time: 1 hour 10 minutes

Step 1

Season ribs with spice rub all the way around the rack. Then, wrap in heavy duty foil and place on a sheet pan.

Step 2

Bake Ribs at 325° for 2 hours in foil. The meat will be cooked through, tender, and pulling away from the bones.

Brush on your favorite barbecue sauce and leave the foil packet open.

Broil for 5 minutes, then add more sauce and broil for an additional 5 minutes. The sauce will get bubbly and sticky.
