Preheat the oven to 325°F.  Line a sheet pan and lay out an extra large piece of foil to wrap the rack of ribs. Pat ribs dry and rub down with spices.  Wrap in foil and place in the oven for 2 hours.

Remove slow cooked ribs from the oven. Fold the foil back so it is completely out of the way of the meat. Coat meat with your favorite barbecue sauce.

Turn the oven on low broil and set a rack at 8 inches from the heating coils. Place the saucy ribs under the broiler for 5 minutes. Brush with sauce one more time and broil for 5 more minutes.

Rest ribs for 10 minutes to let the juices settle. Then, using a very sharp knife slice the rack into individual ribs by cutting in between bones.
