In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and corn starch. Heat until it simmers and let cool to thicken.

Pat Salmon Filets dry with a paper towel and lay them on a sheet pan. Coat in sticky teriyaki glaze.

Bake for 12-15 Minutes in an oven preheated to 400°F.  Remove from oven and brush with glaze a second time.  Broil on low for 3-5 Minutes.

Top with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve with steamed rice and vegetables or your favorite Asian side dishes.
