In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and corn starch. Heat until it simmers and let cool to thicken.
Pat Salmon Filets dry with a paper towel and lay them on a sheet pan. Coat in sticky teriyaki glaze.
Top with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve with steamed rice and vegetables or your favorite Asian side dishes.
