In a small bowl, combine plain Greek yogurt with lemon juice, fresh garlic, and spices. Use a whisk to get the marinade nice and smooth.

Place chicken thighs into a bowl or food storage bag and completely coat with marinade.  Let it sit in the marinade for 10-15 minutes before cooking.

Heat a grill or large skillet on medium-high heat. Coat the pan or grill grates in canola oil to prevent burning. Cook chicken until well browned and then turn. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
