Mix Homemade Greek Dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.
Wash produce. Cut tomatoes in half, cucumbers in to half moons, thinly slice red onions, and slice green peppers.
Place all of the ingredients into a large salad bowl.
Toss with the dressing and get everything well coated.
Let sit in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving to let flavors come together.
