Peanut Butter Burger
Form the Patties
Divide ground beef into four even balls. Press into patties and make a small indention in the center.
Cook the Patties
Cook the hamburger patties for 3-5 minutes on each side. Season generously with salt and pepper.
After you turn the burger, add a heaping spoonful of peanut butter to each patty and let it melt while the burger finishes cooking.
Place patties on toasted, butter buns with crispy bacon, red onion, and lettuce.
