Mix 80/20 ground beef with gold water. Form in to 4 even patties. Make an indention in the center. Season with salt and black pepper.
Heat a large skillet on medium heat. Lay patties in the pan leaving plenty of space in between. Cook for 3- 5 minutes per side.
As soon as you flip your burgers, add a generous amount of peanut butter to the top of the patty. The peanut butter will melt as the burger finishes cooking. This will make a delicious, creamy sauce that will make your burger sing.
