Mix milk, ricotta cheese, melted butter, vanilla and eggs together. Then add flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda, and mix until smooth.
Let batter stand for 15 minutes.
Heat a pan or skillet on medium-low heat. Let the pan get completely hot. Then, add a dollop of butter and coat the pan.
Add a ladleful of batter and let cook until the top bubbles and the bottom is firm and brown.
Turn and cook 2-3 more minutes. It takes longer to cook a pancake with blueberries inside. So cook on low heat and be patient to avoid raw spots around the berries.
