Mix milk, ricotta cheese, melted butter, vanilla and eggs together. Then add flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda, and mix until smooth. Let batter stand for 15 minutes.

Wash and dry blueberries. Then add to the pancake batter and let stand for 5 minutes.

Heat a pan or skillet on medium-low heat. Let the pan get completely hot. Then, add a dollop of butter and coat the pan.  Add a ladleful of batter and let cook until the top bubbles and the bottom is firm and brown.

Turn and cook 2-3 more minutes. It takes longer to cook a pancake with blueberries inside. So cook on low heat and be patient to avoid raw spots around the berries.
