Slice cold cooked steak in to thin pieces. Remove any objectionable pieces of fat.
Grate cheese and assemble your favorite add-ons.
Heat a large pan on medium heat.
Then put creamy guacamole on one side.
Sprinkle a generous amount of cheese over the whole tortilla. Add steak and cook 2-3 minutes each side.
Sauté sliced bell peppers and onions in olive oil.
Then place a tortilla in a hot pan and sprinkle a big handful of cheese over the whole tortilla.
Then add steak and fajita veggies.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve with your favorite steak quesadilla toppings like...
