Boneless Teriyaki Chicken Thighs

Add half of the soy sauce along with grated ginger and garlic to a food storage bag. Place chicken thighs in the bag. Seal and roll thighs around in the marinade to coat. 

Marinate

Cook pork skewers for 7-8 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and have an internal temperature of at least 165° Coat with thickened teriyaki glaze before removing from the grill.

Grill

Serve with steamed rice and vegetable. Use reserve teriyaki glaze to add extra flavor.
