Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Ketchup
  • 1 Cup Water
  • ¼ Cup Apricot Preserves
  • ¼ Cup Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Course Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Granulated Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Granulated Onion
  • 1 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Cayenne
  • ½ Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, add ketchup, water, apricot jam, honey, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and spices.
  • On the stove, bring your sauce to a simmer using medium heat. Turn the heat down to medium low and let simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cool and Store
  • Let the sauce cool to room temperature before transferring it to a jar or airtight container. Store it in the refrigerator for up to two weeks, allowing the flavors to develop even further.
