I frequently have to whip up a quick dinner, and there are times when it isn't that creative. I do the standard protein, vegetable, starch combination without much flare, but I still want it to taste good. A while ago, I started putting together some of my own seasoning combinations for those quick fix occasions. I like to just grab the chicken, throw it on the pan, season, and move on.
This combo is great for poultry pieces of all kinds, and for as many preparations you can come up with. I love this on boneless, skinless grilled thighs, and this is the combination I use for roasted chicken thighs for my catering menu.
Ingredients
2 tablespoon Salt
2 teaspoon Lemon Pepper
1 tablespoon Granulated Garlic
1 tablespoon Granulated Onion
1 tablespoon Dry Parsley
2 teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
- Measure ingredients and mix.
- Store in an air tight container in a cool, dry place.
