- Preheat the oven to 400°. Line a sheet pan with foil or parchment paper.
- Scrub carrots clean under running water. Then, peel each carrot from end to end.
- Then, cut them in half lengthwise, and lay them on the sheet pan.

- Mix olive oil, honey, and spices together in a microwave safe bowl. Heat the glaze in the microwave for 10-20 seconds to make the honey really runny and easy to spread.
- Drizzle the glaze over the carrots and toss using tongs or your hands.

- Pop in the oven! After 20 minutes, each carrot over to the other side. Let them cook for 20 more minutes.
- Use a fork to make sure they are fully cooked and tender.
